Acquisition and renovation of a former grocery store located on 4.6 acres of land. In 2017, 22Beacon (Formerly CSDC) completed a New Markets Tax Credit financing for the acquisition and Phase I renovation. Since that time, 22Beacon has completed three additional phases of expansion and improvement to the property, providing nine additional classrooms, a health center, additional restrooms, SUP required offsite road improvements and other building enhancements. 22Beacon is currently the design phase of the final expansion project, expected to be completed by September 2022.
